Refund & Cancellation

Thank you for enrolling in our 1-Day (3-Hour) Live AI Masterclass. This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the enrollment fees paid for the masterclass program.

Please read this policy carefully before registering. By submitting your registration form and paying the fee of Rs. 49, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Masterclass Registration Fee

The fee for the 1-Day AI Prodigy Masterclass is Rs. 49 (inclusive of all applicable charges). This fee grants the student complete access to the live session on the selected date, curriculum worksheets, certificate of participation, and inclusion in the Pro Quiz to win technical accessories (keyboards, mice, etc.) sponsored by ProDot Group.

2. Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate provisioning of resources, server capacities, automated WhatsApp community onboarding, and preparation of workshop accounts, cancellation of enrollment is not permitted once payment is completed.

3. Refund Policy

Given the highly promotional and subsidized pricing of the masterclass (Rs. 49), all registrations are final. No refunds will be provided for:

• Non-attendance of the live session by the student.
• Lack of technical requirements at the student's end (such as not having a working laptop or a stable internet connection, which are explicitly stated requirements prior to enrollment).
• Change of mind or schedule conflicts.

However, if you are unable to attend the session on the designated days (June 7th, 8th, or 9th), you may request a transfer of your seat to a future cohort by contacting our support team at least 24 hours prior to the start of the first session.

4. Duplicate Payments

In the event that you are charged twice for a single registration due to network latency or payment gateway errors, the duplicate transaction amount will be refunded.

To request a refund for duplicate transactions, please write to us with proof of both payments (transaction IDs and receipts) at our contact email address. Once verified, the duplicate amount will be credited back to your original source of payment within 5-7 business days.
